We can restore deleted blogs on Blogger. After deleting a blog from your Blogger account, the deleted blog will appear under 'Deleted blogs' on your Blogger account for up to 90 days. You can restore your deleted blog at any time within this 90-day period by clicking on the 'Deleted blogs' link on your Blogger dashboard and selecting the blog you want to restore from the list. However, after 90 days, your deleted blog may be removed permanently.
Step 1 : Go to Blogger Dashboard
Step 2 : Click on Deleted blogs on left side of your Blogger Dashboard
Step 3 : Click on Undelete.
