How to Add Featured Post Widget to Blogger

Blogger has officially released the Featured Post widget. The Featured Post widget helps you promote specific posts or articles on your Blogger blog. With this widget, you can highlight and showcase particular posts. In this post, I will guide you on how to add and configure the Featured Post widget on your blog.

Step-by-step procedure to add a featured post widget/gadget to your Blogger:

Step 1 : Go to your Blogger Dashboard

Step 2 : Click on Layout and click on Add a Gadget

Step 3 : Click on + button next to Featured post widget

Step 4 : Enter Title in Widget title box. Check 'Show post title' and 'Show image' boxes.

Step 5 : Search for a blog post using the search box and click on the post. Finally, click on the Save                      button.

That's it! You have successfully added a featured post widget to your Blogger blog.
