HTTPS on Blogger:
HTTPS stands for Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure. It is an application protocol used by the World Wide Web (WWW) to define how messages are formatted and transmitted securely. HTTPS is considered the best option for data security. When using the HTTP protocol, data is transferred in plain text, which makes it susceptible to interception by hackers using sniffing tools. Therefore, to ensure data security, it is recommended to use the HTTPS protocol, which encrypts the transmitted data.
Blogger now allows you to enable HTTPS for your Blogger blog. Enabling HTTPS ensures that visitors can access your blog over a secure HTTPS connection. In this post, I will guide you on how to enable HTTPS for your Blogger blog.
