Step 1 : Go to Blogger Dashboard

Step 2 : Click on Settings

Step 3 : Click on Search preferences

Step 4 : Under Crawlers and indexing, you can see Custom robots header tags

Click on Edit button corresponding to Custom robots header tags

Below  Default for Posts and Pages:

Check only all ( i mean not all options , just fist one all) and noodp.

Step 5 :  Click on Save changes.

Now Custom Robots Tags option will enable on your all blogger blog posts and changes. To check click on edit button on any of your blog post , then you can see Custom Robots Tags below Post settings .
