How to Create a Post on Tumblr

Like other blogging platforms, Tumblr also allows you to create blog posts. You can create multiple posts on your Tumblr blog, featuring various types of content such as text, images, videos, links, chats, audio, and more. In this post, I will guide you through the process of creating a new blog post and publishing it on your Tumblr blog.

How to create and publish a post in your Tumblr blog :

Creating a blog post on Tumblr is a simple process. In Tumblr, you have the option to create multiple blogs and make posts on each blog individually. To create a post, click on the 'Make a post' button on your Tumblr dashboard. From there, you can select 'Text' to post text content, or 'Video' to upload a video to your blog. Similarly, you can choose other options like 'Photo' to post photos, and so on.

Additionally, you can also schedule a blog post on Tumblr. I will provide more information about scheduling later. Now, let me guide you on how to create a blog post on your Tumblr blog.

Follow below steps to create and publish a post on your Tumblr blog:

Step 1 : Go to your Tumblr Dashboard

Step 2 : Click on Make a post button on top right side of your blog dashboard

Step 3 : Click on the icon labeled "Text" to post text content

Step 4 :  Now post editor will open
               Enter post title name in the Title box
               Enter your text in the Your text here place

Step 5 : Finally click on Post to publish it on your blog.

Instead of immediately publishing a post on your blog, you have the option to save it as a draft, make it private, or schedule it for a later time. You can select these options from the drop-down menu on the right side of the Post button.
