To check whether HTTPS enabled on your blog or not, just enter your blog with HTTPS:// on browser.
Follow below steps to enable HTTPS on your Blogger blog:Step 1 : Go to Blogger Dashboard
Step 2 : Click on Settings
Step 3 : Click on Basic under Settings
Step 4 : Go to HTTPS settings and choose Yes from HTTPS availability dropdown menu
Step 5 : Save option
